Ingredients:  
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon of butter
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup regular raw long grained rice
Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
1 (10 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup'
1 (10 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) jar plain or jalapeño cheez whip

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter. Cook broccoli and rice as directed on package.
Combine celery, onions, mushroom soup, cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir into cooked rice. Add broccoli. Turn into a 3 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle the top of dish with paprika . Bake 30 minutes at 350º.
