Bacon
Top sirloin steak
Eggs
Broccoli
Carrots
Onions
Bell peppers

Prepare the following before cooking:
Cut 12 to16 oz. of bacon into small pieces.
Cube a top sirloin steak.
Scramble 8 to12 eggs in a bowl.
Chop up broccoli, carrots, onions and bell peppers.
Cook 1 to 2 cups of rice in a rice cooker.

Cook as follows:
In a Wok cook the bacon first. Remove bacon when done and cook the eggs in the bacon oil. Remove when done and cook cubed steak. When the steak is done add all the vegetables and cook until tender. Add rice the last 5 minutes and mix all together. Serve and use soy sauce to flavor.

Add any vegetable you want. You can also use chicken.

Number of servings: 4 -6

Preparation time: 1 hour
