Para las albóndigas:
bonito o atún fresco
ajo
perejil
pimiento verde
pimienta
huevo crudo

Para la salsa:
cebolla
tomate
ajo
zanahoria
pimiento



Directions:
Directions:
Para hacer las albóndigas, se trituran con el robot todos los ingredientes. Se forman con la masa bolas de tamaño a gusto del cocinero. Se enharinan y se fríen en aceite de oliva. Se reservan.
Para la salsa, se rehoga ajo, pimiento, cebolla, tomate y zanahoria todo troceado (en ese orden). Se añade una cucharada de harina. Se remueve 5 minutos. Se añade un vaso de agua y un vasito de vino blanco. Se deja cocer y se tritura con la batidora.
Se añade la salsa a las albóndigas y se cuece durante 5 ó 10 minutos, cuidando que no se peguen.
