1/2 kg de calabaza naranja sin piel, cortada en dados
1 puerro en trocitos
2 ó 3 patatas en trocitos
aceite de oliva
agua
sal

Directions:
Directions:
Rehogar con un chorro de aceite el puerro. Añadir la calabaza y la patata. Remover unos cinco minutos. Añadir agua hasta cubrir. Sazonar a gusto. Cuanto todo está bien blando, triturarlo con la batidora.
(Se puede hacer sólo con la calabaza y el puerro)
