Place chicken breasts between 2 sheets of plastic wrap. Pound chicken to 1/4 in. thickness. On waxed paper, mix flour and basil. Coat chicken lightly with flour mixture.

In skillet over medium-high heat, in hot oil, cook chicken 10 minutes or until chicken is browned on both sides.

Add soup and water, stirring to loosen browned bits. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

Uncover; top each chicken breast with a cheese slice and sprinkle with green pepper. Heat until cheese begins to melt.
