Bottom Layer:
Brownie Pie

Middle Layer:
Butter cream frosting with tsp. mint (or more) extract and green food color added.

Top Layer:
I cup chocolate chips
stick butter
Melt together on low heat

Directions:
Directions:
Make brownie pie and cool. Frost with mint icing. Place in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes or until icing becomes hard. Top with chocolate mixture and chill.

Yummy! We all love these.

Hint: Make into a birthday cake by baking a chocolate cake. Frost it with the mint frosting and drizzle the chocolate over the top
