8 slices bread

2 c. cheddar cheese

1 ½ lbs. sausage

4 eggs

2 ¾ c. milk

3/4 t. dried mustard

1 can mushrooms

1 can cream of mushroom soup




Directions:
Directions:
Spread bread in greased pan and sprinkle sausage and cheese. Mix 2 ¼ c. milk and eggs. Pour over bread. Mix ½ c. milk, soup and mustard and pour over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake for 1 ½ hour at 300º.
