2 rolls refrigerated sugar cookies

1 c. quick-cooking oats

2/3 c. packed brown sugar

2 t. vanilla

1 bag caramels

c. butter

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

3 T. caramel topping

Directions:
Directions:
Break up 1 roll of cookie dough and stir in c. oats, 1/3 c. of brown sugar and 1 t. of vanilla. With floured fingers, press mixture evenly on ungreased pan. Bake for 13-18 minutes at 350.

Break up other roll and put in remaining oats, brown sugar, and vanilla. In a sauce pan, heat caramels, butter, and condensed milk over medium-low heat. Spread caramel mixture over crust. Crumble remaining dough mixture over caramel. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool 1 hour. Drizzle caramel topping over bars. Store in fridge.
