Ingredients:  
1 lb. hamburger & white rice (uncooked)
Veggies: Cilantro, tomato, celery, carrots, potatoes, squash, & white onion.
Spices: cumin, salt, pepper, garlic salt & season salt. Option: fresh garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Boil in pot: water 1/2 pot, cumin, tomato sauce.
Mix: meat, chopped fine cilantro & seasoning.
Roll into balls (don't over work, will be tough).
Add: meatballs, chopped veggies to broth with 1/4 cup of rice. Cook covered 1/2 hr. - 45 minutes. Serve with white rice or mexican rice on the side. Chopped cilantro, onions, lemons/limes. Corn or flour tortillas.
