1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine all ingredients and beat with rotary beater until blended. Heat lightly greased 6-inch skillet . Remove from heat- spoon in 2 tbsp batter. Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter evenly. Return to heat-brown on one side only. To remove invert pan over paper towel. Repeat with remaining batter to make 16-18 crepes greasing skillet occasionally.
