6 potatoes-cooked, peeled and sliced
2 cups shredded or diced velveeta cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup finely diced onion
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and cheese in saucepan over medium heat. Add all other ingredients. Pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
