Ingredients:  
1 loaf deli French bread (day or 2 day old works best)
1 pound Bob Evans ground sausage
1/2 green bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 small onion (chopped)
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can mushrooms
1 can sliced black olives (drained)
1 handful of pepperoni (cut into halves)
Any other of your favorite pizza toppings
Mozzarella cheese (slices work best)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off top of bread and hollow out the center of loaf; set aside. Fry sausage, pepper, and onions; drain fat. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, and pepperoni; stir and cook until heated through and thickened. Spoon mixture into bread loaf, top with cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes.
