1 1/2 cups of Picante Sauce (Medium is best)
3 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
4 Boneless skinless Chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard together in bowl. Place chicken in 2 qt shallow baking dish and pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until done. SERVE over hot cooked rice!
