Salad:
1 can sliced pineapple (drained and chunk)
1 can royal own cherries (drained and seeded)
1 lb. marshmallows

Dressing:
3 egg yolks well beaten
1/2 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 lemon (juice only)
1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks adding milk, sugar, and lemon juice before cooking. Cook in double-boiler until thick. Set aside to cool. When ready to serve, whip 1/2 pint of cream, add to the dressing and place over fruit and marshmallows which have stood overnight.
