1 cup sugar
1/4 cup corn starch
1 1/2 cup cold water
3 egg yolks beaten
grated peel of 1 lemon
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp butter
1 baked pie crust
3 egg whites
1/3 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
in medium pan combine 1 cup sugar and corn starch. Slowly stir in water until smooth. stir in yolks. stirring constantly, bring to a boil over med. heat. boil for 1 min. remove and stir in next 3 ingredients spoon in crust. beat white until goamy and 1/3 cup sugar beat until stiff peaks. spread over filling bake until golden. Oven temp at 350
