Dissolve 2 pkg. yeast into 2 cups warm water Add 2/3 cup sugar 2 tsp salt 2 beaten eggs 5-6 cups all purpose flour
Knead Put in greased bowl Cover with cloth and set aside for 1-1/2 hrs. Knead again on floured board Roll out about ¼ - ½ inches thick Cut with biscuit cutter Coat bottom & all sides of 9-12” pan with ½ stick of melted butter Add rolls, 4 in a row Let rise til at top of pan, about 3 hrs. (If in a hurry, place in 150 degree oven til risen) Bake 20 minutes @ 375 degrees
