1/2 CUP NUTS, CHOPPED
1 CUP FLOUR
1 CUP NON DAIRY WHIPPED TOPPING
1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
8 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
10 1/2 OUNCES INSTANT CHOCOLATE PUDDING MIX
6 CUPS MILK
2 CUPS NON DAIRY WHIPPED TOPPING
1/4 CUP NUTS, OPTIONAL

MIX TOGETHER MARGARINE, 1/2 CUP CHOPPED NUTS, AND FLOUR. PAT INTO 13 X 9-INCH PAN. BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES.

MEANWHILE, IN A BOWL USING ELECTRIC MIXER ON MEDIUM SPEED, COMBINE UNTIL SMOOTH. 1 CUP NON DAIRY WHIPPED TOPPING. POWDERED SUGAR, AND CREAM CHEESE. POUR ON THE COOLED CRUST.

IN A BOWL USING AN ELECTRIC MIXER ON MEDIUM SPEED, MIX 3 PACKAGES OF INSTANT CHOCOLATE PUDDING MIX AS DIRECTED ON PACKAGE. (THIS MAY REQUIRE UP TO 6 CUPS MILK). POUR PUDDING MIXTURE ONTO THE CREAM CHEESE LAYER. SPREAD 2 CUPS NON DAIRY WHIPPED TOPPING ON TOP AND SPRINKLE WITH 1/4 CUP CHOPPED NUTS. REFRIGERATE UNTIL SERVED.
