1 dozen eggs boiled; peeled & cut in half
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons Hellman's mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the eggs for 12 - 15 minutes; remove from heat and place under cold running water until cooled.

Crack & peel the eggs; slice in half lengthwise and gently "pop" the yolk into a bowl.

Add the mayonnaise, mustard & salt and pepper to bowl. Beat until mostly smooth.

Carefully, spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves. Garnish with paprika; bacon; olive pieces; chives OR just leave them alone. Either way, they will be great!
