4 1/2 Tbsp. of Flour
1 Cup of Milk
2 Sticks of Margarine
1 Cup of Confectioner Sugar
1 Tsp of Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour and milk, cook over low heat until very thick. Stirring constantly. Set aside to cool. Put sugar and margarine in bowl and heat for 4 minutes. Then add sugar and beat 4 mins. longer. Then add cooled flour paste and vanilla and beat 5 mins.
