• 2 c. sugar
• 1 c. shortening
• 1/3 c. milk
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 5 ½ c. flour
• 1 tsp. salt
• 3 tsp. baking powder
• ½ tsp. almond extract (optional)

Frosting:
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1 ¼ c. butter
• ¼ c. milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• ½ bag powdered sugar

Bake at 350º F for 8-9 minutes.
