1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup white vinegar
2-3 carrots sliced thin
2 sticks celery diced small
1 T soy sauce
1/3 cup pineapple juice from 14 oz can pineapple chunks
2 T cornstarch
2 T water
1 red or green pepper diced

Directions:
Directions:
In a small sauce pan combine and bring to a boil sugar, ketchup, vinegar, celery, and carrots.
In a small bowl mix cornstarch and water. Add to other ingredients.
Cook until entire mixture thickens.
Add pineapple chunks and if desired green or red pepper.
Add meat chunks (roast pork, chicken, meatballs)
Serve over rice.
