1 large package Oreos
1 (12 oz) container Cool Whip
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 large box chocolate instant pudding
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Crush Oreos in blender, reserving about 1 1/2 cups for the top of the dessert. Mix the rest of the Oreos with the melted butter. Press into a 9 x 13 pan and refrigerate for 1 hour. Beat Cool Whip and cream cheese until thick and creamy. Spread over the first layer of Oreos. Prepare pudding using the "pudding for pie" directions and pour over cream cheese/Cool Whip layer. Top with remaining Oreos, and refrigerate.
