2 beaten eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 Cup finely chopped onions
2 T. Snipped parsley (Optional)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground sage
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 cup catsup
2 T. brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs and milk. Stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage, and pepper. Add ground beef; mix well.
Shape meat mixture into desired shape.
Bake meat loaf, uncovered, in a 350º oven. Allow 1 1/4 hours for a bread pan size loaf, 50 minutes for a round or ring shaped loaf and 20 minutes for muffin pan loaves.Spoon off excess fat. Combine catsup, brown sugar and dry mustard; spread over meat loaf. Return to oven; bake 10 minutes more. Makes 6 servings.
