Sprinkle 2/3 cup sugar over cabbage

Then boil: 1/3 cup oil, 1/3 cup white vinegar, 1 teaspoon yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon celery seed and salt to taste.

Pour hot mixture over slaw, stir and refrigerate.
