1/2 c Crisco shortening
3/4 cup of Jif peanut butter
1 1/4 c of brown sugar
3 T of milk
1 T of vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c of all purpose flour
3/4 tsp of salt
3/4 tsp of baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Spoon onto cookie sheet. Take fork dipped in sugar and make criss cross marks on top of cookie. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Place on wire rack for cooling.
