1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. low-fat sour cream
1 small clove garlic
4 drops hot sauce
3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place the first 5 ingredients in a food processor and process until artichokes are finely chopped. Combine artichoke mixture and yogurt; stir well. Spoon into 1 qt. baking dish, sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Serve with breadsticks, French bread or assorted raw vegetables.
