3 beaten eggs
6 tablespoons flour
1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed.
1 lb. (2 cups) cottage cheese
lb. grated cheddar cheese
teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and flour until smooth. Mix in rest of ingredients and pour into well-greased 2 quart casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
