1 pt. string beans
1 stalk celery
1 pint carrots
1 pt. lima beans
1 pint cauliflower
3 pints small cucumbers
1 pt. small onions, sliced
6 sweet peppers, sliced
1 quart vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 lb. sugar
1/2 lb. white mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Cut string beans and celery into 1 inch pieces, quarter carrots and cut into 1 inch lengths. Parboil carrots, string beans, and lima beans; drain. Mix with remaining vegetables. Bring vinegar to a boil and add cornstarch, salt, sugar, and mustard seed. Pour over vegetable mixture and seal hot.
