Ingredients:  
4 c chopped , peeled fresh tomatoes
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1 to 4 jalapeņo peppers, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1 T olive or vegetable oil
1 T raspberry wine vinegar
1 tsp of ground cumin
1 tsp salt
1 garlic clove, minced
1 T sugar

Directions:

In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Let stand for about an hour. Serve at room temperature. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.

This is very tasty. You can also substitute other types of peppers other than jalapeņo. Just remember....Habenero=sweat

Also, remember to take the seeds out. This, combined with the oil from the pepper is what make the salsa so dang hot, unless you like it that way.
