Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
salt and pepper

Sauce:
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. water
4 T. cornstarch (in a little water)
1/4 c. sugar
2 T. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. pineapple chunks, cut up
1 bell pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together meat mixture; shape into balls and brown. Mix together sauce mixture; over low heat let thicken until clear. Add pineapple chunks and peppers. Add meatballs. Serve over fluffy rice. Serves 4-6
