1/2 c. butter
1 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
3 T. light corn syrup
2/3 c. whole milk or half and half (in Spain cream para cocinar)

Directions:
Directions:
In a small sauce pan, melt butter over low heat. Add brown sugar, corn syrup and milk. Mix thoroughly. Raise heat to medium. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool. Serve over ice cream or vanilla pudding. Syrup can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated.
