Ingredients:  
3/4 c. shortening,
3/4 c. Brown sugar,
1 egg,
1/2 tsp.. vanilla,
2 very ripe mashed bananas,
1/4 tsp. salt,
1 tsp. soda,
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening & brown sugar together, add remaining ingredients. Mix and drop by tsp. on cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes @ 350. Cool and frost with following recipe:
Bring to boil 6 T. brown sugar, 4 T. milk, 4 T. margarine. Remove from burner , add 1/2 to 1 tsp. vanilla and beat in powdered sugar to spreading coinsistency.
