1/2 c wild rice
1/2 c brown rice
1 tsp salt
1/2 lb bacon
1 medium onion
1 c celery, diced
2 c water
1 lb ground beef

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Bring water, wild rice and salt to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 - 60 minutes until rice has puffed. (May substitute beef or chicken broth for water).
3. Cook the brown rice according to package directions.
4. Fry bacon until crisp and crumble. Brown ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and celery.
5. Mix all ingredients and bake until moisture is absorbed.
