1 lb. beef tips
Flour
Salt
Black Pepper
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can beef bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Flour beef tips, salt and pepper. Brown in small amount of oil in skillet. Drain on paper towels. Put into crock pot. Add onion soup mix, beef bouillon. Cook in crock pot on low for at least six hours. Add a little flour to thicken the gravy at the end, if needed.
