1 lb. pork sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat free or reduced fat crescent rolls
2 c. Mozzarella cheese (grated)
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage into skillet and cook until brown; drain well. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with Pam. Line bottom with crescent rolls, pressing edges together to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over sausage. Bake at 400º for 17 minutes or until set. Let stand for 5 minutes, then cut into squares and serve immediately.
