2 10 oz pkg frozen Brussels sprouts
1 1/4 C. milk 2% fat
2 T. butter or margarine
2 T. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 oz. cheddar cheese, cut in cubes
1 5 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
Optional: water chestnuts.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Brussels sprouts according to pkg. directions; drain. Cut any large Brussels in half. Put milk, butter, flour, salt & cubes of cheese in blender container; blend till smooth. Add water chestnuts; blend on coarse chopped. Pour mixture into saucepan; cook & stir until thickened & bubbly. Stir in Brussels sprouts; heat through.
