Ingredients:

1 head of lettuce, shredded or cut up
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 to 2 cans of kidney beans, rinsed & drained
1 lb. hamburger meat (optional)
1 pkg. shredded Mexican cheese (4oz.)
1 bag Frito chips
1 bottle Catalina dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat & drain (optional). Add to bowl all ingredients except chips & dressing. In bowls add salad, chips & dressing, toss to coat.

I usually just do the 7 ingredients - not adding the hamburger meat - but a great family favorite.
