2 cans French-style green beans, drained
2 cans white Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup chopped onion
1 small can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (8oz.) carton sour cream
pinch of salt
1 stick butter
1 sleeve Ritz or Town House crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except butter & crackers. Pour into oblong baking dish & top with cracker/butter mixture. Bake at 350 until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
