3/4 cup chopped sweet red bell pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. canola oil
1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed & cut into 2-inch pieces
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. minced fresh savory or 1 tsp. dried savory
1 tbsp. minced chives (green onions)
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute red bell pepper & garlic in oil for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Add the green beans, water, savory, chives & salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover & simmer for 8-10 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender.
