T. butter 1-3 lb. chicken, cut into pieces
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9x13 pan with foil. Melt the butter in the pan. Place the chicken skin-side down in the pan and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. salt. Blend the remaining salt, honey, mustard and lemon juice. Brush half of the honey mixture on the chicken. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 min. Turn the chicken and brush with the remaining honey mixture. Bake for 30 min more or until the chicken is tender.
