(2) 20 oz Cans Pineapple Tidbits
3/4 Cup Sugar
3 Tablespoons Flour
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Sleeve Ritz Crackers - Crushed
4 Tablespoons Melted Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the pineapple and reserve 1/4 cup of juice.
Spray casserole dish w/Pam
In casserole dish mix together the sugar and flour, then add pineapple and cheese. If mixture seems to dry, add a little of the reserved juice.
Top casserole w/crushed crackers
Drizzle melted butter over the top
Bake @375 for 30 to 45 minutes or until topped is browned.
