1 T butter
2 tsp. flour
3/4 c milk
1/2 c half and half
1 whole glove garlic
1/2 tsp. slat
1/2 tsp pepper
pinch nutmeg
1 c grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 9 oz fettuccine. In a large sauce pan melt butter until foamy. Whisk in flour until mixtures is smooth and golden. 1 -2 minutes. Whisk in milk, half and half salt, nutmeg , garlic and pepper. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer 1-2 minutes. Discard garlic, stir in Parmesan and remove from heat. Serve over pasta.
