3 16oz cans pork and beans, drained
1 15oz can kidney beans, drained
1/2 lb ground beef, browned
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 large onion, chopped
1/2 large green pepper, diced
2 12oz cans of Mexican-style tomatoes (or you can use Rotel)
1/2 c brown sugar
2 gloves of garlic, minced

Directions:

1. Brown ground beef in a skillet and set aside. Cook bacon in a skillet, drain and crumble.
2. In a large crockpot, combine ALL ingredients.
3. Mix well and heat on high for one hour. Reduce to low and heat for at least one more hour or until ready to serve.

These Ranch beans are a big hit at any party I make them for. It is an easy large crowd recipe to prepare and can easily be doubled for more servings. These beans are better the longer you cook them and they are even better the next day.
