1 cup raw peanuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanuts, sugar, syrup and salt in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Microwave on high 7-8 minutes, stirring well after 4 minutes. Add butter and vanilla. Cook for 1 minute. Add baking soda and gently stir until light & foamy. Pour onto lightly buttered cookie sheet. Cool for 1/2 hour. Break into pieces. Store in air-tight container.
