Ingredients:  
1 10 inch skillet of cornbread
2 medium onions chopped fine
2 cups celery chopped fine
1 1/2 sticks butter
6 eggs beaten
5 to 6 slices white bread
chicken or turkey broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter. Crumble cornbread into a large bowl. Stir onions and celery in with cornbread. Add enough broth to make a liquidy/soupy consistency. Add beaten eggs. Tear up and add white bread. Stir very well and pour into large casserole pan. Bake at 350 for 45 min to an hour.
