1 tsp. soft margarine
1 slice of bread
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Spread margarine on each side of the slice of bread.

With a cookie cutter or drinking glass, cut a hole out of the middle of the slice. Heat the frying pan on medium. Place the slice and the cutout piece in the pan. Put a little margarine inside the hole. Break egg inside hole. Brown on each side.
