2 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. undiluted evaporated milk
2 (6 oz) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/3 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
2 tbsp. Mazola margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Grease 8x8x2 inch pan. Combine sugar and milk in heavy sauce pan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Immediately add chocolate pieces, corn syrup, margarine and vanilla. Stir until fudge is smooth and creamy. Add nuts; stir just until mixed. Pour immediately into prepared pan. Spread quickly with spatula to give rippled top. Chill until firm for 1 to 2 hours. Cut into squares.
