1 lb. pork breakfast sausage
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream
10 to 16 eggs (gauge your crowd)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 325º for 25 to 30 minutes.
(Longer if needed)

Cook loose sausage in skillet, then drain.
Spray a 2 to 3 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
Put 1/2 grated cheese on the bottom of dish. Mix spices with sour cream, add sausage, then spread sausage-sour cream mixture over grated cheese.
Beat eggs and pour over mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
