Cup Butter
Cup White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Mashed bananas
1 t Vanilla
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
t Soda
t Salt
Cup Quick Cooking Oats
Cup chopped Nuts (Pecan or Walnut)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
2. Cream together Butter and Sugar until light and Fluffy.
3. Stir in Eggs one at a time. Beat well after each addition.
4. Pour in Banana and Vanilla.
5. In separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Beat into creamed mixture.
6. Stir in oats and nuts. Pour into prepared pan.
7. Bake 350 for 50-55 minutes.
