Ingredients:  
1 can french onion soup
1 can beef consommé'
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 stick butter
1 cup converted rice

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Grease 9 x 13 baking dish well. put rice in, the soups. Stir to blend everything. Cut butter in to square's and drop on top, add mushrooms.and cover to bake.

Stir once you have taken it out of the oven, and serve.

I have never made just a single batch, always at least 2 batches. It is that good.
